Email is the only channel that is actually monitored — replies usually take a few working days, and a message with the browser, the tool and what you expected to happen will get a useful answer on the first reply instead of the third.
There is no phone line and no live chat. Pretending otherwise would waste your time more than the absence does.
What to include
A tool is not working
Tell us the tool, the browser and version, and what the document was like — how many pages, whether it was scanned, whether it was password-protected. Do not attach the file: nothing here can open it, and a document you send by email has left your device, which is the one thing this site exists to avoid. A screenshot of the browser console (F12 → Console) is worth more than the file.
A security or privacy issue
Write with "security" in the subject line and we will reply before anything else in the inbox. Please give us a reasonable window to ship a fix before publishing. Every tool runs client-side, so the interesting reports are about the page itself — a dependency that phones home, a redaction that can be undone, a header that is missing.
Something is wrong in a guide
The guides carry cited sources and dated benchmarks, and both go stale. If a figure looks wrong, a link is dead, or a court's e-filing rule has changed, send the URL and what you know — corrections get made and the change date on the page moves with them.
A feature or a new tool
Describe the document workflow rather than the button: what you are starting with, what you need to hand to someone else, and what you do today instead. Most of the 35 tools started as a description of a workflow that took four steps somewhere else.
Press, licensing, or partnership
Same address. Say what you are working on and your deadline. Screenshots and the logo may be used in coverage without asking.
Please do not email us your documents
Your PDFs never reach us through the site — every tool runs inside your browser, and there is no upload endpoint on this origin to receive one. That guarantee ends the moment a privileged document is attached to an email, so we cannot accept files for debugging, conversion, or recovery, and we will ask you to delete anything sent by mistake.
It also means we have nothing of yours to look up. There is no account, no history, and no copy of a file on our side, so “can you resend the merged version” is a request nobody here can fulfil. Read the privacy policy for exactly what is and is not collected.
